This was <a href=\"https:\/\/amcu.gov.ua\/news\/informaciya-pro-rishennya-amku-30112023\">reported<\/a> by the press service of the AMCU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the AMCU report, <a href=\"https:\/\/bank.co.ua\/en\/case\/ola-fayn\/\">Ola Fine LLC<\/a>, controlled by Maksym Krippa through the ARS Capital fund, will be able to acquire a stake in Parus Holding from Vadym Stolar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As you know, businessman Vadym Stolar owns 80% of Parus Holding through the Genesis fund, and the remaining 20% is owned by his ex-wife Inna Maistruk through the Stream Investment fund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parus Holding owns Advanced Technologies Plus LLC, which owns the Parus office center in the center of Kyiv.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Experts believe that this transaction may reflect general trends in business development and investment climate in Ukraine, which may affect the perception of the country by foreign investors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">BC &#8220;Parus&#8221; &#8211; characteristics and features<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parus Business Center is a commercial property located in the central part of Kyiv and opened in November 2006. Due to its favorable location and modern infrastructure, it has become one of the most popular business centers in the city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Features:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Area<\/strong>.
