Following his acquisition of the Parus business center in Kyiv and his successful bid for the Hotel Ukraina, Krippa is investing in residential construction. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Forbes Ukraine <a href=\"https:\/\/forbes.ua\/company\/voni-ne-boyatsya-buduvati-ya-vkladati-pokupets-biznes-tsentru-parus-maksim-krippa-stav-spivvlasnikom-developera-dim-na-shcho-vin-rozrakhovue-26022025-27471\">reports on the new<\/a> partnership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Over the past two years, Maksym Krippa has been actively building a real estate investment portfolio. In 2023, he became the new owner of one of Kyiv&#8217;s most iconic business centers \u2014 Parus. The following year, he acquired Hotel Ukraina in the city&#8217;s heart. His latest move is a strategic partnership with DIM, a leading residential developer in the Kyiv region. This marks his third major real estate deal during wartime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Krippa noted that his decision to invest in DIM was driven by financial potential and a shared vision. Despite the war, the company continues to <a href=\"https:\/\/bank.co.ua\/case\/bts-parus\/\">build while he invests<\/a> in the future. &#8220;This is possible thanks to those who defend Ukraine. We can work because they hold the front line,&#8221; he emphasized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to DIM co-founder Oleksandr Nasikovskyi, the company needed additional capital to overcome the decline in the housing market caused by the full-scale invasion. The partnership with Krippa will allow the company to complete ongoing projects, commission new buildings, and launch further initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maksym Krippa&#8217;s international experience in real estate spans a wide range of operations, including acquisitions, leasing, and asset management. He is particularly active in the UAE, where his companies develop residential, office, and commercial properties.
