Maksym Krippa invests in DIM and expands his presence in real estate development
The ownership structure of the DIM development group has been updated. Investor Maksym Krippa, known as the owner of NAVI and the GSC Game World studio behind the game S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2, has joined the team. Following his acquisition of the Parus business center in Kyiv and his successful bid for the Hotel Ukraina, Krippa is investing in residential construction.
Forbes Ukraine reports on the new partnership.
Over the past two years, Maksym Krippa has been actively building a real estate investment portfolio. In 2023, he became the new owner of one of Kyiv’s most iconic business centers — Parus. The following year, he acquired Hotel Ukraina in the city’s heart. His latest move is a strategic partnership with DIM, a leading residential developer in the Kyiv region. This marks his third major real estate deal during wartime.
Krippa noted that his decision to invest in DIM was driven by financial potential and a shared vision. Despite the war, the company continues to build while he invests in the future. “This is possible thanks to those who defend Ukraine. We can work because they hold the front line,” he emphasized.
According to DIM co-founder Oleksandr Nasikovskyi, the company needed additional capital to overcome the decline in the housing market caused by the full-scale invasion. The partnership with Krippa will allow the company to complete ongoing projects, commission new buildings, and launch further initiatives.
Maksym Krippa’s international experience in real estate spans a wide range of operations, including acquisitions, leasing, and asset management. He is particularly active in the UAE, where his companies develop residential, office, and commercial properties. He now plans to apply this expertise in Ukraine, focusing on increasing the efficiency and profitability of future projects.
